The three roses I received are beautiful. They are opening nicely. The greens around them set them off well. I didn’t change the water as soon as I should have, but they are still looking nice on day 4. I think that shows their quality and freshness.
I need to see if I can buy a small amount of flower preservative because losing the florist’s preservative always makes me hesitant to change the water.

This was the first time ordering from this florist, and I was completely satisfied. I received an email with a photo of the arrangement stating they were delivered. The arrangement looks identical to the one in the photo, and the flowers appear fresh. Sara offered excellent customer service. I will definitely use Rachel’s Rose Garden in the future!

Ordered flowers for a dear friend recovering from surgery. Grace was so sweet & very helpful and patient dealing with my questions and requests.
My order was delivered within 2 hours even on a Saturday. I was sent a delivery confirmation and a photo! Such wonderful service.

With our last order, we tried to surprise friends for Christmas with an arrangement. We did not find out until afterwards that are friends were out of town. Rachel’s went above and beyond to contact the family and get the arrangement to another family member so our desire to bless the family could be fulfilled. Well done!
